We scout locally and give back to the communities our models come from.

Safety and Standards

Child Safe

Every model under 18 is represented with a parent or guardian involved. A parent or approved chaperone attends every job, and our staff hold current Working With Children checks. No nudity or sexualised work for under-18s, ever.

Fair and Transparent

We never charge joining, registration or photoshoot fees. Our commission stays within legal limits, and models are paid within 7 days of us receiving payment. Contracts are in plain English and we encourage independent legal advice.

Safe Sets

Clients and photographers are vetted and every job has a written brief. You can say no, take a break or leave ant job that feels unsafe, with no penalty.

Culture Protected

We follow Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property principles: consult, consent, credit and fair payment. No sacred or restricted material, no copying of Indigenous art, and no AI copies of your image without your written consent.

Your Privacy

Your details and identity information are treated as sensitive and never shared with clients without your consent. You can ask us to remove your images at any time.

Raise a Concern

Anyone can raise a concern, including a child. We reply within 2 business days and act the same day on safety issues. You can also go to an independent contact or a government body.

Representing all people well means protecting them. These are the commitments behind every booking.

KIN represents Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. We ask for confirmation of identity once and handle it confidentially. If a letter is hard to get, an Elder's statement is an alternative. Applicants under 18 need a parent or a guardian's consent.

Never pay to join. KIN does not charge joining, registration or photoshoot fees. Be cautious of anyone who says otherwise.
